Year 4 Isle of White trip

28th June 2017

Mrs Walker has just reported that year 4 have just arrived in Southampton. They will be catching an earlier ferry at 1pm rather than 2pm which is great!

They have had a good journey so far with the children recovering very quickly from any upset leaving their adults.

She also reports having just heard a massive scream as the children have spotted the sea for the first time!

We will keep you updated over the next few days.

Year 4 are now safely in the Isle of Wight after lots of 'Ferry Fun.'
They now have a short drive to Kingswood.
Everyone on good form and super excited!

Final update for this evening...the children have all tucked into an evening meal, made their beds and celebrated a birthday. They have also enjoyed two activities this evening, one being 'the leap of faith'.

So far today year 4 have enjoyed a delicious breakfast to fuel another busy day and have celebrated another birthday. It was dry this morning so they were off to the beach for games and to admire the beautiful scenery. Pictures can be seen under the news section of the website.

Year 4 have enjoyed a lovely early morning on beach.
They are on the coach now on their way to catch the ferry.

After making their final stop, year 4 now on the road again.

Heavy traffic means they will not be back by 3:30pm. It's looking more like 4:20pm at the moment.
We will keep you posted if it changes.
